Product Description

Multi-Mam Balm is a unique product which heals and soothes irritated and sore nipples, feeding nipple skin and leaving it soft, supple and healthy.

  • Soothes sore nipples
  • For the care of dry and sensitive nipples
  • Offers direct relief and keeps the skin soft, supple and healthy
  • Based on a selection of vegetable oils
  • Does not have to be removed prior to breastfeeding
  • No chemicals, no preservatives

Multi-Mam Balm is non-sticky and easily absorbed by the nipple skin. It does not leave any taste or smell and is absolutely safe when swallowed by the baby. This is why it does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding and can offer protection even during breastfeeding itself.

This unique product is based on a selection of vegetable oils that offer the metabolic precursors for the skin lipids such as the sterols and prostaglandins. A distinct feature is the presence of squalene, an essential component of the human sebum, in an effective percentage.

    Great value for money!

These products are great. I had my daughter 14 weeks premature and have suffered a great deal with trying to find something for my sore nipples. These products are really good they’re not sticky like most. And they have started to heal the painful nipples from expressing the last 10 wks. Definitely recommend!

    What a relief!

I’ve got to say this product has been a big relief. After I had my second daughter she he wasn’t latching onto one side properly and I became very sore. After using the Multi-Mam gel for a couple of days I noticed a big difference. The skin wasn’t dry and cracked in between feeds and the gel isn’t thick and gloopy like other gels I have tried in the past with my first born. I also found that the cooling gel pads provided relief as well.
I love that these are made from natural ingredients. The last thing I want to do is put some unknown substance into my newborn.

    Absolutely brilliant!

I highly recommend Multi-Mam to all breast feeding mums!

I sadly did not know about Multi-Mam when I started breast feeding and had issues with bleeding, cracked nipples, which alternative creams did not work for. I have recently been suffering with sore breasts again as my daughter’s latch has become lazy, and both the cream and compresses have been fantastic.

I found lansinoh very sticky to apply, which made the application uncomfortable, but also made my daughter’s chin extremely sore. Multi-mam is extremely smooth and so pain-free to apply, felt very moisturising, and had no impact on my baby in any way.

The product is expensive, however, it is in keeping with the likes of lansinoh cream, and personally I find it significantly more user and baby friendly – would absolutely buy again

I was given some free Multi-Mam products after I booked my care with UK Birth Centres. This product is just a liquid miracle, in the early days the compresses are so amazingly soothing especially from the fridge, the first toe curling seconds of every latch occurs for such a shorter length of time, because of how healing and soothing the compress are. The balm is also just as amazing, so much more easy and less painful to apply than other products and immediately soothes any soreness. Used in conjunction with the compresses the early breastfeeding days become so much more manageable due to not having to worry about any soreness. The only thing I would definitely recommend is to make sure that you use breast pads with the balm as it can stain and that it is regularly applied so it doesn’t dry and stick to the pads. I found these products so good, I even bought more during subsequent pregnancies to get me past the sore weeks while my son was still nursing, in fact they helped with some of the soreness when he wasn’t nursing too. I wish these were available during my earlier baby phases as they are just so good the rest of the stuff on the market does not compare. I recommend them to any breastfeeding mother, they are not limited to use in the early days, but throughout the whole breastfeeding journey, which I definitely learned during the teething phases.

    Soothing product!

I have enjoyed using these products, the balm is nice and soft, spreads on the skin easily and soaks in well. easy to use too!
I have had quite sore skin for a few days due to the new feeding and this has really helped. I used lanisoh last time but I prefer the consistency of the Multi Mam Balm as its less sticky. All in all its very soothing and definitely does the job!

The compresses sent were an extra bonus, very cooling and have been a saviour during those first few days!!

Would definitely recommend as I found no issues.

If only I’d found it sooner!

I really like these products. The balm felt as soft as butter and disappeared into my skin without feeling greasy, it’s really easy to apply and a little goes a long way.

Luckily I haven’t felt sore feeding since the first few days and I wish I’d had this balm then; as much as I like lanisoh it felt so thick and sticky, whereas multi mam is light and soft. I do get quite dry skin and found both the balm and compresses really moisturising. The compresses are lovely and cooling so I imagine they would offer a lot of comfort during the first few days or for people who suffer with sore chaps/cracks.

I would definitely recommend this product to friends.

    Worked a treat!

I found these products very useful. I used the balm and the compresses.

The balm is silky soft when it goes on, not sticky or thick, so it doesn’t agitate tender nipples when you put it on. It does provide relief but I’d agree with other reviewers when they’ve said to put it on more often than stated on the packaging.

The compresses were very good. I’ve had a cracked nipple on one breast for a long time, my baby struggles to get a good latch on this side so I’ve been suffering with a very sore & cracked nipple. The compresses immediately provided relief. I placed them in between my breast and breast pad to keep it in place. It helped seal my breast after only 2 compresses. And I’ve been using them every other day to keep the tenderness at bay. So far so good.

    I would recommend these products.

    Wow just what I needed!

Wow, these work!! I have tried a lot of creams for breastfeeding. I fed my first son for 15 months. He was good at latching and didn’t have too many issues just over used nipples during cluster feeding, teething and ill days. However with my new born we have had a harder time. Therefore my nipples were very sore. I thought there was only one cream that worked up until now. That well known purple cream is sticky and hard to apply. This gel is really easy to apply and soothing. It also does work to heal nipples too!!

The compress are a dream for overused nipples. I’m sure I even heard a sigh of relief from them when I use them. They have a cooling affect and keep them moist.

The key thing is that you can keep it on your nipples and not wash them off. This is vital in those early weeks!!

Overall I would highly recommend both and genuinely believe these may help some people to continue to feed.

Yes they are pricey, but if you compare it to the cost if formula it could be a saving.

Great if you are allergic to lanolin!

These products are great if you are allergic to lanolin and can’t use the other brands typically available on the market.

The balm is easy to use, and does what it says on the tin: soothes and protects your nipples, and the compresses are good if you are feeling a bit sore.

They aren’t cheap, but in comparison to similar products represent good value for money.

    Excellent product!

Having used this product I found the balm and compresses excellent for treating my cracked sore nipples. The balm is so handy as you don’t need to remove it before feeding. The compresses are a godsend, almost instant relief when feeding and can’t rate this product highly enough.

    Definitely worth a try!

I was certainly impressed with the balm and compresses. I started using the balm shortly before I had my baby because I was itchy and uncomfortable wearing a bra, and found it to be effective in helping this problem. It wasn’t sticky or unpleasant feeling either, which was another positive. It continued to work well after I was feeding my baby, who had no problems latching on even if I had recently applied the product. The compresses also helped to soothe soreness very effectively.
    Overall, I am impressed!

    Great products!

I was really impressed with the balm and compresses. The balm isn’t sticky like other products and really helps to heal cracked sore nipples. The compresses provide instant relief and really helped between feeds. I would definitely recommend both products to anyone breast feeding.

Arrived very quickly, not used this yet, but discovered this product when I had my first baby. So much better than any other nipple creams I used. It is more prevention than cure but it really works!!!

A must for every breastfeeding Mum in the early weeks!

I was given some of this in hospital in sachets as they were trailing it & it helped me so much that I bought some for at home.

It really helps heal cracked, sore nipples very fast & I wouldn’t have been without it.

All expecting ladies should buy some, the compresses are a must have too!

One midwife told me she uses it for dry skin in the winter as it helps to heal it so quickly!
