They have done wonders. I had extremely cracked nipples with my first baby, plus an infection in one side. After using Multi-Mam my right nipple was healed after 12 hours. If you are really sore, I would recommend buying two packs.

Great value for money!
These products are great. I had my daughter 14 weeks premature and have suffered a great deal with trying to find something for my sore nipples. These products are really good they’re not sticky like most. And they have started to heal the painful nipples from expressing the last 10 wks. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant!
I highly recommend Multi-Mam to all breast feeding mums!
I sadly did not know about Multi-Mam when I started breast feeding and had issues with bleeding, cracked nipples, which alternative creams did not work for. I have recently been suffering with sore breasts again as my daughter’s latch has become lazy, and both the cream and compresses have been fantastic.
I found lansinoh very sticky to apply, which made the application uncomfortable, but also made my daughter’s chin extremely sore. Multi-mam is extremely smooth and so pain-free to apply, felt very moisturising, and had no impact on my baby in any way. The compresses are cooling on application, which provided instant relief.
My husband was complaining of having sore nipples after doing a long run, so I gave him some of the multi-mam compresses which he also found provided relief!
The product is expensive, however, it is in keeping with the likes of lansinoh cream, and personally I find it significantly more user and baby friendly – would absolutely buy again

Great products!
I was really impressed with the balm and compresses. The balm isn’t sticky like other products and really helps to heal cracked sore nipples. The compresses provide instant relief and really helped between feeds. I would definitely recommend both products to anyone breast feeding.

I was given some free Multi-Mam products after I booked my care with UK Birth Centres. This product is just a liquid miracle, in the early days the compresses are so amazingly soothing especially from the fridge, the first toe curling seconds of every latch occurs for such a shorter length of time, because of how healing and soothing the compress are. The balm is also just as amazing, so much more easy and less painful to apply than other products and immediately soothes any soreness. Used in conjunction with the compresses the early breastfeeding days become so much more manageable due to not having to worry about any soreness. The only thing I would definitely recommend is to make sure that you use breast pads with the balm as it can stain and that it is regularly applied so it doesn’t dry and stick to the pads. I found these products so good, I even bought more during subsequent pregnancies to get me past the sore weeks while my son was still nursing, in fact they helped with some of the soreness when he wasn’t nursing too. I wish these were available during my earlier baby phases as they are just so good the rest of the stuff on the market does not compare. I recommend them to any breastfeeding mother, they are not limited to use in the early days, but throughout the whole breastfeeding journey, which I definitely learned during the teething phases.

Soothing product!
I have enjoyed using these products, the balm is nice and soft, spreads on the skin easily and soaks in well. easy to use too!
I have had quite sore skin for a few days due to the new feeding and this has really helped. I used lanisoh last time but I prefer the consistency of the Multi Mam Balm as its less sticky. All in all its very soothing and definitely does the job!
The compresses sent were an extra bonus, very cooling and have been a saviour during those first few days!!
Would definitely recommend as I found no issues.

If only I’d found it sooner!
I really like these products. The balm felt as soft as butter and disappeared into my skin without feeling greasy, it’s really easy to apply and a little goes a long way.
Luckily I haven’t felt sore feeding since the first few days and I wish I’d had this balm then; as much as I like lanisoh it felt so thick and sticky, whereas multi mam is light and soft. I do get quite dry skin and found both the balm and compresses really moisturising. The compresses are lovely and cooling so I imagine they would offer a lot of comfort during the first few days or for people who suffer with sore chaps/cracks.
I would definitely recommend this product to friends.

Worked a treat!
I found these products very useful. I used the balm and the compresses.
The balm is silky soft when it goes on, not sticky or thick, so it doesn’t agitate tender nipples when you put it on. It does provide relief but I’d agree with other reviewers when they’ve said to put it on more often than stated on the packaging.
The compresses were very good. I’ve had a cracked nipple on one breast for a long time, my baby struggles to get a good latch on this side so I’ve been suffering with a very sore & cracked nipple. The compresses immediately provided relief. I placed them in between my breast and breast pad to keep it in place. It helped seal my breast after only 2 compresses. And I’ve been using them every other day to keep the tenderness at bay. So far so good.
I would recommend these products.

Wow just what I needed!
Wow, these work!! I have tried a lot of creams for breastfeeding. I fed my first son for 15 months. He was good at latching and didn’t have too many issues just over used nipples during cluster feeding, teething and ill days. However with my new born we have had a harder time. Therefore my nipples were very sore. I thought there was only one cream that worked up until now. That well known purple cream is sticky and hard to apply. This gel is really easy to apply and soothing. It also does work to heal nipples too!!
The compress are a dream for overused nipples. I’m sure I even heard a sigh of relief from them when I use them. They have a cooling affect and keep them moist.
The key thing is that you can keep it on your nipples and not wash them off. This is vital in those early weeks!!
Overall I would highly recommend both and genuinely believe these may help some people to continue to feed.
Yes they are pricey, but if you compare it to the cost if formula it could be a saving.

Great if you are allergic to lanolin!
These products are great if you are allergic to lanolin and can’t use the other brands typically available on the market.
The balm is easy to use, and does what it says on the tin: soothes and protects your nipples, and the compresses are good if you are feeling a bit sore.
They aren’t cheap, but in comparison to similar products represent good value for money.
Kirsty, The Baby Website – :
Excellent product!
Having used this product I found the balm and compresses excellent for treating my cracked sore nipples. The balm is so handy as you don’t need to remove it before feeding. The compresses are a godsend, almost instant relief when feeding and can’t rate this product highly enough.
Julie – :
I was getting sore from wearing sanitary towels, I have haemoroids that play up very occasionally and since the menopause I get sore after sex. These nifty little compresses are easy to use and bring almost instant relief.
Fidelma – :
I am currently tandem feeding my 3 year old & one year old sons. They are very active boys and regular feeders who are anxious to feed at any opportunity. Both boys have a well developed and strong latch, and they are often very vigorous in their feeding style as they are keen to return to their play. Additionally their use of my nipples as a soother to relieve pain caused by routine developmental teething, my breasts were and are slowing recovering from a long workout! Since using the Multi-Mam Compresses, my sore cracked nipple is healing well. I’m describing them as “deliciously soothing for breasts in need of some TLC!” I love the versatility of placing one discreetly in my bra and knowing that my breast is getting the opportunity to heal while I get on with my day or night’s sleep. I appreciate that my bra and clothes are not soiled by any gels, when using the compresses.
Miss MC Court – :
Excellent product! Couldn’t live without them last time

Have made a world of difference to my previous breastfeeding experience, would thoroughly recommend
Andrew – :
Very happy with the product and service. My nipples feel as good as new.
Jess A – :
Soothing and not sticky. Had a nightmare with the ‘lanolin’ brand sticking me to my bra! Ouch.
Ana – :
I used different creams and things to heal my cracked and sore nipples. But these were the best of what i tried and i tried a lot: lansinoh, garmastane, silver nipple shields, calendula ointment. They don’t heal them straight away but you could see an improvement in a couple of hours. They are pricey but i think they are worth it.
Eleanor Houlton – :
Really soothing and helped me carry on feeding when my nipples were very sore and cracked.
Sk – :
Great stuff works instantly to remove the soreness & heals the nipples

suffered a lot from cracked nipples and this product gave me the most relieve
Kerstin – :
These are a god send and were originally given to me by my midwife, I now buy them as a gift for breastfeeding mom’s, a little trick my midwife told me about is to keep them in the fridge and cut them in half, like that they are cooling too and last longer. Highly recommended for the first few (painful) weeks of breastfeeding.
Laura Frost – :
I have not been able to breastfeed my first two babies due to intense pain and bleeding, I tried these compresses and have been successfully feeding my third child for 5 weeks now and am so happy I can finally do it. They have been amazing at easing pain and healing when the nipple started to bleed. Highly recommend
MhaMcLa – :
These little sachets are the only reason I’m still breastfeeding. A friend gave me a couple to try after I’d complained about sore nipples it was an instant relief and within to days I was back to normal
Kath – :
These are brilliant. Really do help to soothe and repair – more so than any lanolin-based creams / compresses I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend.
felinefriends123 – :
I am breastfeeding and had a badly cracke nipple for weeks and Multi mam compresses were the only thing that helped it heal. It was like an open wound. After using the compresses for a day or two I noticed it the flesh was starting to knit back together. It took about three weeks to fully heal. The compresses were also soothing and meant I could wear a bra again without pain. I wore the compresses all day in my bra because they helped so much with the pain. I would recommend them for anyone searching for a fix for cracked nipples.
Sarah Whelan – :
Solid gold!
Mine arrived this afternoon and already by this evening my poor nipples feel so much better.
My week old son cluster fed all night every night for this first week leaving me so sore. Lanisoh helped but didn’t fix. After one of these pads I felt instantly improved. After the second I feel almost back to normal. Don’t know how they work, but they definitely do!
A. Crawford – :
Such a fantastic product. I was very sore on one side due to baby latching on incorrectly. I felt like giving up breastfeeding as I was in so much pain when I fed. On using the compresses, I felt immediate relief and by the end of the day they had helped so much that I could start feeding again on my sore side. Highly recommend these for any nursing mum. I bought mine from Boots as I didn’t want to wait for delivery – needed them immediately!
Katy Gray – :
Best best item for relief during breastfeeding. Wore them non stop. heaven. Happy nipples! no cracks…
Elizabeth White – :
Fab product. The only thing that helped heal my nipples. Used this product with both my children.
mrs mel rich – :
These saved my nipples when they were cracked & I was about to give up feeding.
Have just had my second baby & had more soreness due to his tongue-tie, tues compresses have helped my heal & continue feeding. Cannot recommend them enough!!
debbie smith – :
The one thing that helped keep me going with breast feeding when I felt like giving up, these amazing pads really do reduce the pain so much
jenuine_1 – :
I recently bought these from Boots, after reading reviews on here. They have done wonders. I had extremely cracked nipples with my first baby, plus an infection in one side. It got so bad, my left side was so clogged with blood i couldn’t feed or get any milk out. After using Multi-Mam my right nipple was healed after 12 hours. My left has taken a little longer, but i was able to feed again with 2 days of using them, and I am still using them in the evenings just to make sure both sides are fully healed. I did have some mild discomfort when using on my really bad side for the first 5 minutes, but i think this was because it was so raw. Now feeding is much more comfortable and enjoyable time with my baby. If you are really sore, I would recommend buying two packs.
Star – :
Put on after 4 days of discomfort. Instant relief after feed and next feed was actually comfortable. Don’t hesitate, worth every penny. Second baby, I wish I had these first time
avmhb – :
These compresses are an absolute life saver for sore/cracked nipples

Loved these – very soothing for sore nipples in between feeds
